A couple of comments. Feeding bees with CS will cause them to starve to death although bloated with honey. But simply cleaning the frames and so forth with IES will likely not be a problem. I am not sure but I think that will likely work for European foul brood, but American Foul Brood forms spores, and thus will likely not be killed effedtively. To kill it requires the spores to be tricked into germinating, and to do that I recommend adding some glucose and calcium propionate to the mixture. Be aware though that 15 mintues is not enough time if you are having to germinate the spored, I would recommend a minimum of 8 hours, and suggest 24.
