NEVER ADD SALT OF ANY KIND TO A SILVER SOLUTION AS IT WILL CAUSE THE SILVER IONS TO BECOME SILVER CHLORIDE, AND THAT IS BASICALLY USELESS.

I realize that sodium is not necessarily salt. Gatorade contains some sodium. Not sure of the form.

Other drinks are better than Gatorade.

I have always wondered exactly what it is in Gatorade that makes it ideal for combining with CS?

Is there any chemical change or the CS just tags along for the ride?

The ElectroMix made by Alacer has no sodium.
