I average 16+ oz/day of CS (15-20 ppm), a quart or
more if I feel anything coming on (not very often),
and have done so for nearly six years. No grey or blue
on/in me that I can see. And yes, soup or stew is 2
quarts of CS plus the vegetables, etc. Pancake batter
is 2 cups of CS and the dry ingredients. Juice is 3
cans of CS with the frozen concentrate. A smoothy is
one cup of CS, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of nutritional
yeast, 1/2 - 1 cup of non-fat powdered milk (I cannot
handle milk fat) plus a squirt of liquid Stevia.
Nenah also commented about mineral water making large
particles of silver, *rendering it useless*. I agree
that it does make large particles, but it is far from
useless. Remember folks, the Royalty during the dark
ages used to mechanically grind silver up into powder,
stir it into wine or water, and drink it, with good
benefit. How much bigger would the smallest ground-up
silver particle be than the largest
electrically-generated particle? 10,000 times bigger?
100,000 times bigger? A million times bigger?
I know of one missionary in India who uses the water
from the Ganges River to make CS, and it is powerfully
effective against malaria and other diseases. In fact,
he says that making CS in it is how they sanitize that
foul river water.
The value of DW in making CS is that we end up with
crystal clear CS/EIS. If I could not acquire DW where
I lived, I would use the best water I could, including
tap water if necessary, and drink the CS freely.
Before I added a digital timer to my CS-making, I
would occasionally over-cook a batch and end up with
10 gallons of coffee-colored CS. My family and I drank
those batches. I never throw CS away. I would not want
to regularly drink coffee-colored CS over a long
period of time, but I do not consider it dangerous in
the short term.
If mechanically ground-up silver kills pathogens, it
is almost difficult to make a *useless* CS.
