I think the SPA Reine water was discussed quite here some time ago. (I
miss the archives, and am relying on memory) I can't remember the
conclusions.
I use my own distilled water, from a small 1 gallon capacity countertop
distiller. For EIS making I distill the water twice.
If you can't get distilled water, obviously you must use the best water
you can get. Sounds like you've already investigated that. But you might
look into distilling your own water. I'm not sure if that would be
available to you at reasonable cost as I don't know the difference in
electicity voltage and cost of electricity where you are. It costs me
about 25 cents (u.s.) for the electricity to distill one gallon of tap
water. My distiller was about $100 u.s. dollars.

Since the very beginning we have used SPA Reine natural mineral water,
and we never had any problems. Our CS is home-made, and works great
for 'most everything. We are even expanding our give-away to near
friends in need, and their reactions are mostly positive.
Our CS is a bit greyish in color, and the taste is a bit metallic.
We tried other waters, but the color would be yellow or brown, and we
did not dare to use that internally.
