Well, see this is what I meant. Saying you are taking CS of 500 ppm
tells us nothing. What brand is it? If you supply the brand, people will
be much better able to answer questions. It is also possible it may have
already been lab tested, and that info could be found.
The first and foremost thing you need to know is exactly what it is you
are taking.
