Bouncing on a trampoline like thing works well to improve euphemism .  Weird
Huh?   I have never seen a description of how it is said to work. 

There is another method that might be better for some.

Stand under a doorway with your hands on the top of the opening to stabilize
yourself, and raise you heels by standing on our toes.  Do this repeatedly.
If memory serves, Brook Bradley has published detailed instructions on this
list, and it will be in the archive.
