Hi Marshalee, What gets me on the uninsured motorist is, in the state of Texas you have to have insurance to get your registration sticker BUT you can get a refund right after getting your sticker. You can't tell me our elected officials have any horse sense! They should require you show proof of selling your car if you ask for a refund. Maybe that is too simple?
Why not go after the uninsured motorist? Surely they are responsible for their actions.
