Just one note on progesterone cream: too much in one location will tie
it up in the fat and not do any good...either rotate use to different
sites or get a prescription for sublingual progesterone. It is actually
much more effective with less.

oestrogen dominance. I would have thought taking something like vitus
agnus 
(chasteberry) would be more of the answer? Helping to eliminate excess 
oestrogen. You think?
