Whether any substance or food or vitamin or mineral is alkalinizing or
acidifying depends on the metabolic type of the individual ingesting the
substance.
There is no "one size fits all" recipe for bringing a body into proper
pH balance. Just like there is no one size fits all best diet or
supplement regimen. This the problem with alternative medicine as well
as with conventional medicine. Both rely on one size fits all diagnsois
and treatment.
