Hello All,
My husband uses a nighttime breathing assist called a CPAP machine (Constant Positive Air Pressure) which also has the option of using a thermally-controlled humidifier to add moisture to the air as it's pressurized to his mask. We were wondering if anyone has tried CS in a CPAP machine before...we kind of think the possibility of fungus in the warm moist environment is real & we were wondering if anyone has tried it or has experienced mold/fungus in the hosing. I think using CS instead of plain water through the hose should still let CS do its thing, even if it's slightly warmed...right? Thanks for any thoughts. Heather
