According to Dr Jonathan Wright, roseacea is associated with a deficiency of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. I'm sure he must've given an explanation for this claim, but I do not recall the science behind it. I do however, recall that people with roseacea that took HCL with their meals were greatly benefited.
