It makes 10 gallons of CS in approximately one hour when I use starter CS with it. Recently, my brew came out a light golden color. A few hours later, some of them turned dark gold. The next day, all the jars were somewhat darker. I just returned to my "brewing room" and some of the CS is more grey than gold. I know that the silver wires are very pure, I know that the DS is good. Some of the CS jars read from 12.6 to 16.7 on my PWT and some are as high as 23.
