Paul, We too live in the UK and have had to use deionised water from pharmacys as you cannot buy distilled water over here. We contacted Ransoms, the makers of the H2O that we use and got particulars of the water, emailed Trem from Silvergen and he kindly told us that it was absolutely fine to use. We had thought of buying a distiller but he said it wouldn't give the level of purity we were get from the deionised H20.
