High frequency?????  The frequency should be in the 2000 to 3000 Hertz
(cycles per second) range.  Clark started out at 30,000 Hz, then
reduced it to 11,000 (as I recall), then lower.  For myself, I found
that somewhere around 2000 Hz works best (I also tried the 30,000,
20,000, 11,000, etc. Hz frequencies and they were less effective).
