I believe it was yantmans (hope i spelled that right) who said he used
to work for Ann Wigmore growing sprouts. He said any fresh sprout would
work, wheat grass is just easy to grow. I use Rye Grass sprouts for my
horses since I can just throw it on the ground and they can self
administer them. The rye rarely gets bigger than a sprout with those
hungry lips pursuing them. LOL
