I'm not sure what good advice you are talking about.........I can't go on the atkins diet anyway........I WON"T live on meat and cheese.....and there is NOTHING else on the diet that I like........Atkins would finish ruining my health.......There is a similar discussion on another group......about the Hallalujah diet.....which by the way is the most hideous diet I have ever seen........I'm sure there aren't many that could stick to that diet.......and if they did it wouldn't be living .......it would be hell........Robb
