Marsall, The same situation in Central America. They are adamant about
being Americans too. We are North Americans, not just Americans to them.

When I was in Canada, the Canadian Americans use to get upset if I said
that I was an American, they would ususally reply that they are
Americans as well. I guess they have given up on that issue now.
