I used DMSO with my son when he was young, and the smell was horrendous -
his school asked me to keep him home until the smell was gone.  It filled
his whole classroom, and was making some kids literally sick to their
stomachs.  It would last for hours.  To be in small enclosed space, like a
car, with him, would make my eyes start to burn.   Think garlic on steroids,
kind of .    Joy
