1/8 - 1/4 gallon per day most in the early am on enpty stomach. Been doing it for over 1-year now... No flu's no colds, no illness what-so-ever has even touched me since starting this. Also a severe toe nail fungus has receeded slowly to about 1/8 of it's former infection area. The fungus goes slowly, becaus it's inside the nail...
