What sort of generator are you using - it makes a difference. Think about a PWT as a Xmas present - check with Trem about shipping cost. http://www.silvergen.com/ > I've been trying to get the numbers high, but after my reading today > will aim for about 5 ppm. That's about what I produce. It is clear, with very little taste. I don't know about long-term storage because I make 42oz batches that last about 2 weeks. > I understand it is better to stir the water - agreed? Or is this > debated? Stirring is good, yes. The green bottles are just fine, so are brown ones, and even clear -- glass is good. Light is not the bad guy it was once thought. Maybe avoid a window sill that gets full sun, but otherwise almost any place in the home should do just fine. > Regarding use in eyes - you believe it should not sting? Mine doesn't, and I wouldn't use any that did, that goes especially for a CS/DMSO mix-- and that is my wimpy opinion--IT WILL HURT !! > I everyone happy with use of spray while breathing in to get CS deeper > into bronchial regions? Not very effective- another Xmas gift for your list, -- a nebulizer. > I think I lost half my silver in the first few brews, trying to get it > up to 20 ppm in cold water. I'm not sure, -- you picked the right use for those batches. Hang in there Rowena - just keep reading -- this doesn't need to be hard.
