Well,

Hyland's Hay Fever remedy surely worked for me, and those I offered it to.

Traditional (Orthdox) homeopaths do not believe in using combination
remedies, but in only using those individual remedies that work on the
constitution to correct something that isn't working right. (I think.)

I'm sure that there is a better explanation, but my point is to use what
works for you. They are cheap, often effective and have no side effects.
Certainly worth a try. If they didn't work on a majority of users they could
not continue to offer them. Unless you want to believe that its all just
placebo effect. (They work on animals too, but maybe that's because the
owner believes it will.)
