The guy has a list of credentials a mile long and is a real heavyweight. He should be someone the MDs will listen too. So, even if they have doubts about its efficacy, they will not be freaked about the potential danger of overdose. A search of the Archives with "John Hopkins"+ toxicity should find the post.
