Nebulizing is how they feel a number of health care practitioners ended up with SARS. This information is from an interdisciplinary group all of whom have been working directly with SARS patients. Any one of us can sit here and speculate but until we've dealt with it as they have, I have to defer to them on the issue of transmission.
