CS>Unidentified subject!

Hi listers,
My friend lives in the Portland Oregon area, and she has contacted four doctors 
and clinics desperately trying to find one who will administer CS IV threapy.  
They all said no.  Is there anyone in the Portland area who will work with CS?  
Please contact me all of you alternate care docotrs in the Portland area.
