CS>Unidentified subject!

Fellow Listers,
I am aware of using CS in a nebuliser with great success.  I don't know what a 
Bioccular Transcerebral Iontophoresis  is??? But, I have a friend who uses one, 
and he wants to know if he can use CS in it?  He has ALS.
