why not make your own mayo? itz easy. u can use olive oil or i prefer a high oleic safflower oil (not to be confused with the high polyunsaturated safflower oil). you can spike it with some lecithin and flax oil if you want something more nutritious, although i would add some vitamin E for additional antioxidant protection. i would also use the best quality fertile yard eggs, instead of the aborted salmonella contaminates available for the mass market.
