this is interesting -- I didn't know the high ppm cs was usually made wiht chemicals -- my bottle of high ppm says made by the electro-colloidal method - nothing added? But I'll try to get more info from Dr. Gruen when I see him next. Again -- I don't think this was a study -- just personal observations of a holistic doctor who works with Aids patients and believes in the efficacy and safety of cs as long as it is not taken in large amounts. And I bet some of the aids patients might rather be blueish and alive anyhow.
