Gang, Wow - I had to get to 40,000 mg per day to get to the diarrhea stage - I would have never imagined that I was that deficient .. . others might want to try taking some . . . I take alot of supplements and for me to be this deficient is astounding. Furthermore it seems to be giving me a helluva detox . . . I'm starting to feel great - per the Robert Cathcart site that Mr. Mitchell sent me to.
