hmm, I cant tell you how deep it will go, my spot was on a more fleshy area, but mine didnt get super deep. I knew after a few days that it was pulling out of the body and then the area came out in one neat piece, after a couple more weeks it was healed. I'm also worried that it would go all the way through the nose flesh..... I have a small spot on the side of my nose that I suspect is skin cancer. I had a cancerous blemish removed from the other side of my nose a couple of years ago -- and have had many, many sunburns on my nose over the years. So.
