Hallo Jen,
Yes there are a lot of ways of letting go,
First is colloidal silver which in general has a cooling, soothing
effect. I would take a cup or three per day in if I were in your
circumstances.
Take plenty water to maintain good hydration, to make letting go
possible and easier.
Alkalize your body to the very best of your abilities and knowledge.
Simplistically, If your are too acid then 1. oxygen release to your
cells is reduced, 2. energy release to your cells is reduced, 3. waste
transfer out of cells is reduced.
A raw veg and fruit diet should help, because it is easier on the
digestive system. A mono-diet may help, due to the gut enzymes etc
settle to dealing with one food. eg grapes for a month. Avoid meat ,
alcohol, refined foods such as rice, sugar, flour ... for as long as
you can. All these load the liver, which you need for health building.
Yada yada.
Taking sodium bicarbonate, ( bicarb. ) is controversial . When required
to de-acidify I take 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon in water twice a day. I have
also done bicarb enemas to calm and de-acidify gut, a mild bicarb
solution 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per 500ml warm water, introduce and retain
for 5 minutes if possible.
Eliminate as much and as soon as you can.
Do skin brushing,
lymph drainage.
do tummy rubs.
massage your shins.
Mint tea and ginger tea are both good for calming the digestion.

Aerie faerie is to spend some quiet time mentally telling your body to
easily let go what is not required, and to retain what is needed,
required for your health. Similarly tell your co-inhabitants they can
go home now. I have found this simple quick procedure surprisingly,
profoundly effective.
