A video is circulating the Internet where a guy states that on Apple and Android smart phones, within the last two weeks when the phones suddenly stopped working, a Covid tracker was put onto people's phones without permission. He then describes how to disable it, in the "Health" portion under "Settings."
This is true and not true. From what my techie IT spouse has been able to research, there WAS the FRAMEWORK for a tracker put onto smart phones. However, it was during the LAST UPDATE. (This framework will then allow the actual tracker to be installed during a future update.) Presumably, smart phone users who choose to update their phones on a regular basis, will have the ability to disable the trackers after the software process is completed. However, I don't want any technology installed on my phone without my knowledge or consent. I haven't updated my phone for awhile now, due to the increase of of more invasive technology being installed. Also, I have kept my older model, which was not built to receive 5G signals.
