I have recently found that All Star Health.com is an even better site for

Wow, Victor! These links led me into an alternative universe for sure. Do you
have links for a site in English?
Thank you, Beth T

Sure...
I get most things I need from iHerb, and here is what I am currently using:
California Gold Nutrition, Silymarin Complex, Milk Thistle Extract Plus, 300
mg, 120 Veggie Caps. But it is currently out of stock. Here is a 30 capsule
bottle that is in stock.
There are many other good brands I'm sure, but I like this best because it has
the combination of Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Artichoke, Turmeric, Ginger, and
black pepper. Everyone is different, but it is usually recommended to start
with 150mg. I started with 300mg once a day, and have been taking 300mg twice a
day for a month now.
I do not have any liver issues; however, I decided to take this as part of a
detox cycle that I am doing now.

Subject: Re: CS>2nd try....can I take CS with Havoni?
Hi Debbie,
I saw both your emails. I have no experience with Harvoni or Hep C, but I
wanted to mention that I think coffee enemas are amazing for the liver and
overall health. And Milk Thistle is also amazing for the liver. I use a Milk
Thistle, Dandelion, Artichoke combo. I would suggest coffee enemas first, to
avoid potential Herxheimer reactions from Milk Thistle. Something to look into
if you haven't already.
As for drug interactions, I do not believe that CS has ever been shown to react
with any drugs; although we should consider a possible impact on blood thinning
and clotting. I'm no expert, so just repeating what I have read over the years.
Good luck.Victor
