If you add cs to your animals drinking water it needs to be in a non conductive container. Works for my chickens and dogs not so simple for 50 cows. The other day i had a trial run with putting cs on cow feed. I put 3 sacks of feed in 3 troughs one per and poured 1 gal of cs on the feed. Didn't know how cows would react to damp feed. Well they gobbled it right up
