I suppose the powder would work,but TSP is a pretty powerful cleaner often
used to clean and etch enamel paint before a repaint...so it will stick.
In a sense, repainting your teeth is what you are doing.
I'd be cautious with making it too concentrated or exposing teeth to the
mix for very long.
Ionic silver would probably not 'survive' for long in such an environment.
I do use it AFTER brushing and rinsing.
