Hi, I¹m a fan of SilverGen by Trem. By the gallon, wide mouth glass container (from WalMart, was called a SunTea container), with a spigot, automatically. >From memory, it makes about 12 ppm so I turn it on again and when it quits, hope it will be at 15 ppm. The laser shows a strong beam through the finished product. Using a bit of the last batch helps to speed it up. Usually one day it starts and cuts off sometime the next day. It has a stirrer, is quiet and dependable.
