IMHO water structing devices tend to make water taste smoother. I have a Sota magnetic pulser and when I pulse a glass of water for a few min the taste is always much smoother. There are also water chargers like orgonite, shungite, tachyon discs, crystals etc which can add some interesting qualities to water, sometimes giving it more a sparkling taste and energizing qualities.
