I am a 17 yr survivor of bladder cancer and 10 yr survivor of breast cancer... refused chemo and radiation in both instances. Not recommending that for anyone else. Just my personal choice. Took Avemar, MGN 3, AHCC- Immpower, Noni (fresh from Hawaii), practiced Spring Forest Qigong religiously the first 5 - 6 yrs (nothing after the bladder cancer). Cleaned house and hygience products of all commercial products/toxins, eat as organically as I can afford, country well water and eat 'Zone' in order to control blood sugar spikes and avoid sugar, high glycemic foods. I now cycle thru several alternatives a few times per year for maintenance, none of which are considered 'heavy hitters'. I tend to like alternatives that have some science behind them. Lola
