Just musing here but.. CS fights/kills bacteria, viruses, fungi etc. Out thyroids put outa hormone. I don't see, except for the possible connection to hashis that Doug pointed out, how CS would help an hormonal imbalance anymore than it would help in the instanceof sex hormones or melatonin (the sleep hormone) being out of balance.
