PT, Debbie, Love my Redmond Bentonite Clay. And love oil pulling too.
I have never noticed any discoloring in my teeth or roots from the CS usage, and I sometimes swish it in my mouth excessively. I have no canker sores or infections, but I did experience a rather sudden experience with receding gums, which seems to have been from using too much baking soda. I just made a new blog post about Tooth and Gum care <http://www.otezok.com/2015/08/14/tooth-gum-care/> on my blog, so you guys might find that interesting. It has recipes and links to other sites that I find useful in studying these topics. I do have fillings, cavities, and gum disease, but no root canals, and my overall oral health seems to be steadily improving - although it backslides quickly when I get lazy with my diet. The biggest and quickest positive impact always seems to come when I supplement with Fermented Cod Liver Oil and Butter Oil <http://www.greenpasture.org/public/Products/InfusedCoconutOil/> from Green Pasture.
