Thanks Dave!! What amazes me is that I'm feeling so at peace inside myself, I guess my trillions of little guys are finally happy! I'm so happy to find how much easier it is to get out of the chair, to exercise, and gosh! I can feel my arm bones! Since my two pugs no longer get any grain laden people food, they're peppier too. (Dog treats are full of sugar, so now I read all labels!!!)
