Hi Mike!

Other venues of support -- I am a member of the magnetic therapy group, use
magnets myself, and find that they help me a great deal.

I find that most email groups have become very slow.  I don't know if it's the
weather (too cold, too hot, too something) -- or if these internet groups are
slowly being replaced by Facebook and Twitter.  My own equine CS group is
practically defunct.  All of the horse lists that I'm on are quiet.  I would
expect lists to be slow in the summer when people spend more time out of doors,
rather than in the winter when they're cooped up in the house.

I would have no problem handling a forum, rather than email.

Tips to keep private email addresses out of the hands of spammers:
1. Avoid giving your or anyone else's email address to any web site.
2. Instead of forwarding email, cut and paste the text.
3. For group emails, use the "bcc:" (Blind Carbon Copy) field instead of "to:".
(Put your own address or a fake address in the "to:" field).
4. Want to do more? Attach this text as a custom signature to the bottom of all
your outgoing email.
