My experience...I keep mine in a cupboard in sealed clear glass containers and
the only thing that has changed is colour on some occasions, and that's because
I probly wasn't meticulous enough when cleaning the electrodes.
It should keep indefinitely as far as I'm concerned without degrading. I've
got some in a container thats been in the cupboard since August 2011 and it's
as clear today as it was then, and strong TE so I know there's plenty of silver
in it.
I do notice however that when we go away and I take some in a clear plastic
water bottle, then on returning home it sits on the kitchen sideboard in broad
daylight until I consume the remainder, it tends to 'gas out', like
condensation on the inside of the bottle.
In short, No, it won't lose efficacy if made properly.
