You don't have to be a "brew watcher" Even a basic generator can have a cutoff timer! The amount of money saved by building your own will buy you a lifetime amount of silver to use. The most basic electronic skills are required to make one, there are several videos out there to show you step by step! The basic items I look for are current control, stirring, timer, heating ability for IS(Ionic Silver)/CS(Colloidal Silver). If you have anybody that is in electronics, have them build you one!

I got the recommendation for buying the Silver Puppy CS stirring generator on this list. None of my home built generators came close to making Colloidal Silver like my Silver Puppy. The Puppy has been in use for years now. The chaos of homebuilt generators is in the past. Ode is a great resource that supports the Puppy.
