I bought Annatto some time ago and then heard it was "undesirable" so I use 
Turmeric instead when I need to colour rice or sauces...  I don't buy or eat 
too much soy these days.

        Oh dear, i made a mistake, sorry about that.  I didn't mean annatto, 
but the fermented natto that makes MK7 as part of Mercola's vitamin K2 which we 
use.

        Annatto is indeed a food coloring and was found to be a great source of 
tocotrienol Vitamin E.
