It can be any adapter/charger which converts AC to DC. Some printer/scanner
adapters have 12V, 16V and 30V outlets. Just choose the one with the 30V. It is
the simplest way to produce around 30V.
In a pinch you could use two 12V adapters chargers and connect them in series
(solder the negative of one charger to the positive of the other) and you will
have 24V, which is enough to produce CS. 12V chargers/adapters are the easiest
to find. Cost 1$ or less at thrift stores.
Congratulations about your mechanical knowledge. I would not dare to open the
hood of a car.

How do you use a printer adapter ??? I can take a 350 chevy
engine apart. & fix it but-- when it comes to electricity I'm dumb as a
post....{scared of it ever since lightening hit the straw stack beside the
barn & blew it up smothering the cows that were hiding under the
edge... I was in the barn. " Yikes"  } :-0
