They are not that bad for you. it's not necessary for moving lymph to even have your feet off the trampoline. A gentle bounce is enough with the feet staying on the mat. If you are interested in actual exercising on the trampoline then you'd be doing those high jumps, twists, turns etc which could hurt your knees. but if you want it just for moving lymph the cheap ones are just fine.
