How long did you do it for & what did you take with it? - I took the best too :) It took 3 months to work for me originally - it also depends on how badly damaged the joints are - like how much repair work is required. ----- From: Deborah Gerard
I went for the best..and did everything it said to do. But it does say it doesn't work for everyone :(
