I think that we sometimes get carried away. I agree that lemon has many beneficial attributes and it is part of my daily regimen. However, I think the above link is also correct: I would take lemon every day even if I had cancer but I probably would not rely on it as the only thing for curing me. I have had cancer twice. And yes, I did traditional treatments. I have been free of cancer for 18 years. I do use a lot of lemon but that alone will not prevent or cure anything; it helps but it isn't this kind of cure. I also use foods as my medicine: I haven't been to a doctor for anything other than blood tests to give my alternative health adviser for the past 13 years. I do agree that grating frozen lemon on our meals would make the food tastier; after all, it is often used instead of salt for a reason.
