You could always create a filter for CS emails so the CS email doesn't go to your main mailbox. That's what my wife does with all the retarded emails she gets from her dad. 99% are forwards and un-checked alarmist pieces of junk.
Works great for her. I use a filter for CS and when I need to cruise through the stuff I just go to that folder. Works great.
