Yikes!!!!!!!!! on that Arm & Hammer bicarb stuff!! Run to the nearest Helath Food store and buy the bicrb there please The Arm & Hammer has alumina sulphate in it, no matter WHAT they say on the package. I'd rather trust my neigbourhood health food person than a supermarket or drug store if it's me. T
